Great Fen Signs of Spring – A Guided Walk – Sunday 17th March

Join this guided walk around one of the trails at Woodwalton Fen National Nature Reserve. Discover this exciting site, widely considered the birthplace of modern conservation. This beautiful reserve is internationally important for wildlife and provides a refuge for thousands of species of fen animals and plants, many of which are found nowhere else in the country.

Easter Bunny Breakfast – Dobbies

Friday 29th March to Monday 14th April

Hop along to the restaurant for a tasty breakfast for the whole family before the little ones take part in some activities and games. They’ll need to follow the footprints to find the Easter Bunny who is playing in their wildflower meadow, before enjoying some egg-cellent games. Plus, bunny and the team (both experts in all things wildflowers) will help them plant their very own miniature wildflower meadow to take home.

Easter Adventures Trail – Wimpole Estate National Trust
Saturday 23rd March to Sunday 14th April

Make your way along the trail and find nature-inspired activities for the whole family. The trail takes place between 23 March and 16 April 2024, from 09:30am – 3.30pm every day, so come along and explore the beautiful gardens of Wimpole Estate. Prices are £3 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and dairy or vegan and Free From* chocolate egg.

Easter Scavenger Hunt – Hamerton Zoo

Friday 29th March to Monday 1st April – 10am-4pm

Grab a clue sheet from our entrance on arrival, follow the clues to find Easter letters around the park. When you have all the letters, rearrange them to give you this year’s animal answer. Fill in your clue sheet and post it in the Easter box and don’t forget to stay until 3pm for the winner’s draw!

Easter – New Life on the Farm – Sacrewell

Friday 29th March to Monday 14th April

Easter is one of Sacrewell’s most popular events, witness wild birds nesting, new life beginning as well as a special visit from the Easter bunny. What’s more, you will be able to watch their livestock team bottle feed the cade (orphan) lambs at 10am and 2pm each day. There’s never been a more joyous time to visit.

The Lost Eggs Easter Trail – Cambridge Botanical Garden

Thursday 28th March – 14th April

Butterfly has lost her eggs and needs your help to work out where she’s left them. Pick up a free booklet on your way into the Garden and visit the trail points to learn egg-citing facts and discover clues to lead you to butterfly’s missing eggs. You might even be rewarded with an egg of your own at the end!
