
Classes are held from 8am throughout the day until 8pm, allowing you to fit in your training before or after work, or even during your lunch hour.
One-to-one sessions can be arranged for those requiring a workout tailored to their specific needs. To achieve maximum results from exercising on the Power Plate® machine, it is recommended that you participate in two/three 25 minute training sessions each week to help you achieve your desired goals.
